Remove any jammed paper from the back of the printer. If no paper is found in the paper path, then remove any
jammed paper out of the output tray.

Lower the levers to their original position.

Close the rear cover.

When you cannot remove the jammed paper even if performing the above steps, press and hold the
(Cancel)
button for 2 seconds.
The message
Clearing jammed paper
is displayed and the jammed paper is ejected along with a paper fed
from the MPF or PSI.
NOTE: After using this feature, the print job in progress is canceled.
NOTE: To use this feature, paper must be loaded in the MPF or PSI.
