Barcode Operations
The barcode commands let you select a barcode font, set its
parameters, and print any specified character in the equivalent
barcode font.
Note: If the barcode option is not installed, using this ESC sequence
causes an ESC SEQ error.
Set Barcode Parameters
Escape sequence: ESC DLE B P trsETX
Hexadecimal: 1B 10 42 50 trs03
This command, where t = type, r = readability, and s = size, lets you
select a barcode font and set its associated parameters. The following
values are valid for the command variables.
q Type:
0 — Barcode 3 of 9 (default)
1 — Interleaved 2 of 5
3 — Codabar
q Readability:
0 — Not human readable (default)
1 — Human readable characters on top
2 — Human readable characters on bottom
3 — Human readable characters on top and bottom
q Size:
Vertical height in 8/72 inch increments (default 8/72")
