anonymous connections are not allowed.
Note: You cannot access the FTP server from a
Microsoft Windows Powered user account with
the name anonymous. The anonymous user
name is reserved in the FTP server for the
anonymous logon function. Users logging on
to the server with the user name anonymous
receive permissions based on the FTP server
configuration for anonymous logons.
After the FTP server service software is installed on
your computer, you must configure the software to
operate.
To configure FTP anonymous access
1. On the primary menu bar, select Services.
2. On the secondary menu bar, select FTP.

Select the FTP Service option from the Object
Selection table, then click Properties.
The FTP Service Properties dialog box (Figure 29
on page 79) opens.
3. Select the Anonymous Access tab (Figure 31).
