Chapter 6 Using the Scanner Functions
10 Touch the [Login] key and input the account necessary for logging on to the FTP server.
zUp to 47 alphanumerics and symbols can be input as the [Login].
zTouch the [anonymous] key for logging onto an FTP server that does not require an account.
11 Touch the [OK] key.
→ The display returns to the [FTP registration/edit] screen.

Touch the
[Password]
key and input the Password necessary for logging on to the FTP server.
● When [anonymous] is selected for the [Login], input the sender’s E-mail address as the [Password].
Password cannot be omitted.
zUp to 31 alphanumerics can be input for the file name.
For details on character input, refer to [3-1. Inputting Text] ( Page 16).
13 Touch the [OK] key.
→ The display returns to the [FTP registration/edit] screen.
14 If necessary, touch [PASV mode] or [Proxy] key for settings.
zFor details regarding [PASV mode] and [Proxy], please ask your administrator.
15 Touch the [Port No.] key.
This specifies the Port No. used by the FTP server.
There is normally no need to change this.
→ The [Port No. input] screen is displayed.
