special events, press . Enter the telephone number of the fax machine you wish
to have the faxes sent to. If you are calling long distance remember to include the
area code.”
To record a greeting:
1. Press

3. Enter the Fax-on-demand Mailbox number and
password and press OK

7. At the tone, record the Primary Fax-on-demand
Mailbox Greeting and press OK

8. To listen to your greeting before accepting it,
press PLAY

your Primary Fax-on-demand Mailbox Greeting.
9. To record an Alternate Fax-on-demand Mailbox
Greeting, press NEXT
