[RESET]
Resets the count.
[EXIT]
[P-TIMER] is nished.
Setting [MODE]
Press 1) as to select [MODE].
Press 2) qw to switch the item.
The items will switch each time you press the button. f
[COUNT UP]
Displays the elapsed time from count started.
[COUNT DOWN]
Displays the remaining time for the time set in [TIMER] menu.
Setting the countdown timer
Press 1) as to select [TIMER].
Press 2) qw to set the timer.
The timer can be set from 1 to 180 minutes in 1 increment. f
The factory default setting is 10 minutes. f

[TIMER] is available only when [MODE] is set to [COUNT DOWN]. f
The operation of [P-TIMER]
Press 1) as to select [START], [STOP] or [RESTART].
[START]
Starts counting.
[STOP]
Stops counting.
[RESTART]
Restarts counting.
Press the <ENTER> button.2)
When you select [START] or [RESTART], the remaining time or the elapsed time will be displayed in the lower right of f
the projected image.
When you select [STOP], the remaining time or the elapsed time while stopping the counting will be displayed in the f
lower right of the projected image.
When [RESET] is selected, then go to step 3). f
Press 3) the <MENU> button 3 times and then the menu screen will disappear.
The start time will be displayed in the lower right of the projected image. f
Note
You can also use the P-TIMER function by pressing the <P-TIMER> button on the remote control ( f Æpage 52).
If the elapsed time or remaining time is displaying, the text will not be displayed even when the [SECURITY] menu → [TEXT f
DISPLAY] (Æ page 83) is set to [ON].
The elapsed time or remaining time will not be display when the Menu screen is displaying. f
The start time will be "000:00" when [MODE] is set to [COUNT UP]. f
The start time will change to the time which is set in [TIMER] when [MODE] is set to [COUNT DOWN]. f
The circle gauge for [COUNT UP] is rotated clockwise, the circle gauge for [COUNT DOWN] is rotated counter-clockwise. f
