Printing Out a Confidential Document from Your Machine's Mailbox
After you have been notified that someone has transmitted a confidential document to your machine's mailbox,
use the following procedure to print out the confidential document.
(see Note 1)

Enter the Confidential Code of the document you want to
print out.
Ex:

The machine will print out the confidential documents.
1. The confidential file will be erased automatically after being printed out even if the setting of Fax Parameter No. 42
(CONF. POLLED FILE SAVE) is changed to "Valid".
