User Code
If the machine has user codes set, us-
ers must enter their user code before
they can use the machine. The ma-
chine keeps count of the number of
masters and prints made under each
user code.
Note
❒ If you want to use this feature, se-
lect [On] in “User Code Manage-
ment”with User Tools menu. See
p.158 “User Code Management”.
Registering a User Code
You can register up to 200 user codes.
A Press the {User Tools} key.
B Press [System Settings].
C Press [Administrator Tools].
D Press [Program / Change / Delete User
Code and Name].
E Press [New Program].
F Enter the user code (up to four
digits) using the number keys,
and then press [#].
Note
❒ If you make a mistake, press
[Clear] or the {Clear/Stop} key,
and then enter the code again.
G Press [Enter Name].
H Enter the user name, and then
press [OK].
