densitywillbe 60 dotsper inch,butif d is anodd numberthedensitywill
be 120dotsper inch.
The n2 in this command,as with other graphicscommands,means the
numberof 256-columngroupsof datayou are sending(betweenOand4).
And nl is thenumberof leftovercolumns(Oto 255).
Why can n2 indicateup to 4 groups,when the limit is 3 with eight-dot
graphics? Because you send twice as many data bytes with nine-dot
graphics.
