The Keyboard
Output
Pressing FN + F5 changes the active display
device.
Brightness down
Pressing FN + F6 decreases the computer’s
display panel brightness in individual steps.
Brightness up
Pressing FN + F7 increases the computer’s
display panel brightness in individual steps.
Wireless
Pressing FN + F8 enables or disables Wireless
(WLAN/Bluetooth).
If your wireless communication device is not installed, a dialog box will not
appear.
Touchpad
Pressing FN + F9 enables or disables the
touchpad function.
Zoom
Pressing FN + SPACE changes the display
resolution.
Optical disk drive
power
Press the FN + Tab keys to turn the power of the
optical disc drive on or eject the disc tray. To
choose between the functions, press the Tab key
while holding down the FN key. The chosen
function is executed when the FN + Tab keys are
released.

Pressing FN + 1 reduces the icon size on the
desktop or the font sizes within one of the
supported application windows.
