Duplexing capabilities are optional for your printer. If you have a
duplexing unit installed and a print media jam occurs in the duplex
area, follow these steps:
1 Open the cabinet door.
2 Push and turn the right-
hand knob clockwise to
release any jammed print
media.
3 Gently pull out any visible
print media.
4 Push and turn the left
knob (labeled C) clock-
wise and pull out the
jammed print media.
