WebConsole Overview
Each UDM-0404 Hub can be configured for the correct network environment. It is also possible to
configure each Hub for the correct date and time. Configuration options are available via the UDM’s
built-in WebConsole, as described in this section.
The UDM-RX02 Receiver connected to the UDM-0404 is also configured via the 0404’s WebConsole.
Connecting to the UDM-0404
1. With the TCP/IP address configured, connect the UDM-0404 to your network equipment (switch,
hub, or serial port) - or if required use an Ethernet Crossover cable to connect your PC directly.
2. Enter the IP address into the address field within a browser window.
3. To connect to the UDM-0404, a password is required (FIG. 15).
The username should be left blank.
The password is admin.
This section describes the pages that comprise the UDM-0404’s WebConsole
interface in the order that they are presented (“Status”, “Setup”, "Inputs", "Devices"
“Schedule” and “Protocols”). However, on initial connection, you’ll probably need to
visit the Setup page first, to specify network configuration and other basic device
setup options for the Hub.

The default IP address of the UDM-0404 is 192.168.0.96.

The password is case sensitive.
