Information on supported “Established Timings” (most legac y timings, e.g. 720x400@70Hz, 88 Hz; 800x600@56Hz, 60Hz,
72Hz, 75Hz; ... ; ...)

Detailed Timing Information. The rst detailed timing description is the “Preferred Timing” of the display and usually the most
important information in the EDID. It describes in full detail the preferred timing: pixel clock, active pixels, active lines , blanking,
sync width, sync offset (horizontal and v ertical),...
About auto resolution
When the ClickShare Base Unit display output is put in auto mode, the display output timings will be based on the Preferred Timing
as described in the meeting room display or projecto r EDID.
About manual resolution setup
When resolution is selected manually, the timings of this resolution are taken f rom the information described in the meeting room
display or projector EDID. If a custom resolution is entered that is not described in the EDID, the timing is genera ted by the Base
Unit following the VE SA CVT standard with reduced blanking. The calculation is based on the ofcial VESA calculation.

6.8 Display output settings
Screen Saver
A screen saver c an be ac tivated after a certain time. The delay time to activate the screen saver c an b e s et via the slider bar.
When the slider is set completely to the right, the screen saver will never be activated. Slide the slider to the left until the desired
delay time is reached. This delay time can never be larger than the Display Timeout. A warning will be displayed when the delay
time is larger than the display timeout after clicking on Apply.
