• If 3 consecutive cleanings with Head Cleaning B does not solve the
problem, then perform Head Cleaning C.
• If Head Cleaning C does not restore normal operation of the printhead,
then the printhead is damaged and should be replaced. (ÆP. 6-11)

Press the Power button to switch the printer on.
After a few seconds “Ready” is displayed in the operation panel and the
Online lamp lights.

Press the Online button to switch the Online lamp off.
The printer is set offline.

Press the Cancel Job/Utility button.
The Utility Menu opens on the operation panel.
