Uninstalling the Software
Follow the procedures below to uninstall the printer driver and utilities from
computer.
z If you uninstall the software from Windows XP, Windows 2000, or Windows
NT 4.0, you must log in as a member of the Administrators group before the
uninstallation.
Deleting Old USB/IEEE 1394 Printer Drivers
Follow the procedure below when you need to remove an old version of a
USB or IEEE 1394 printer driver. All of the printers presented in the list at
Step 3 will be deleted.
z Before you uninstall an old version of a USB or IEEE 1394 driver, be sure to
disconnect the USB or IEEE 1394 cable.

Mount the provided User Software CD-ROM in the computer CD-
ROM drive.
z If the CD-ROM auto start feature is switched off, double-click the My Computer
icon on the desktop, double-click the CD-ROM icon, then from the File menu
select Auto Play.

From the Setup Menu, select Uninstall Old USB/IEEE 1394 Driver.
