Use this menu to adjust the amount
of feed for type of the media. If the
printed image of “Pattern A” has
white streaks or dark streaks, set the
adjustment value. For fine
adjustment, print “Pattern B” and
select the adjustment value.

Allows selection Centronics for a
parallel interface connection or USB
for a USB connection.

Cleaning at ON On*, Off
Determines whether or not the
printhead is cleaned when the printer
is powered on.

Panel Reset
Panel Reset
Initializes the operation panel menus
and restores the default settings. A
panel reset does not affect the “Ext.
Network” settings.
*1. If the date and time setting of the computer where the printer is connected are
not correct, the printhead may clean itself too frequently and waste ink. Make
sure that all the date and time settings on the computer are correct.
