Checks
Turn off the power switch while
paper is moving through the
feeding assembly. Is the back of
the copy soiled?
Execute ‘No. 403’ in service mode
(transfer roller cleaning). Is the
problem corrected?
Make several solid white copies. Is
the problem corrected?
Is the transfer charging roller
soiled excessively?
Is the problem noted norizontally
at intervals of about 4.2 cm?
Is the problem noted vertically at
intervals of about 1.6 cm?
Is the fixing pressure roller or the
fixing film soiled with toner?
