F. Controlling the Static Eliminator Bias

Figure 4-114 shows the circuit that controls the static eliminator bias; the circuit has
the following functions:
• turns on and off the static eliminator bias and controls the voltage to a constant
level
• switches the static eliminator bias voltage level
