If paper jams in the printer before reaching the Imaging Cartridge,
the display shows
Feed Jam

1. Open the printer cover, and remove the Imaging Cartridge..
2. You should look for a sheet of paper sticking out, probably
about two to four centimeters (about 1 to 1.5 inches) from
underneath the movable metal plate.
3. Lift up the movable metal plate, and gently but firmly pull the
sheet of paper out of the printer. If the paper tears when you
remove it, make sure you remove any pieces remaining in the
printer.
4. Reinstall the Imaging Cartridge and close the printer cover.
