5. Pinch the two front feeder joint clips between your thumb and
finger, and remove them from the front of the printer, as
shown below.
6. Save the front and rear feeder joint clips in a safe place— you
will need them later. Replace the standard paper cassette and
push back the duplex feeder tray.
7. Lift the printer up and away from the duplex unit.
