8. Insert the SIMM module into the RAM slot at an angle,
making sure the pint numbers of the slot and the SIMM match,
either 1 or 72
.
9. Press the module down until it clicks into place at right angles
to the slot. Do not apply too much force.
10. Replace the printer’s side cover.
11. Secure the retaining screws.
12. Gently close the printer cover.
13. Plug the power cord back in and turn on the printer.
To verify that memory is correctly installed, print a status sheet
by pressing the control panel button.
