4 Lock the PC card.
Fully pull out the PC card removal/lock button then set it in the lock position.
5 As for Windows NT, connect the AC adapter and switch the PC power on.
6 If the PC card is set for the first time, install the driver if needed.
Some PC cards need installation of the driver. Install the driver according to the manual of the
PC card. In some cases, floppy disk(s) or CD(s) are necessary to install the driver.
Critical Points
Do not put an object on the connecting part between the PC card and the cable nor give the
part a shock. It may cause a damage.
