4 Use the up and down arrow keys to choose a controller port, then press ENTER.
The Host Port Data Rate Options screen opens.
5 Use the up and down arrow keys to select 320MB/sec, 160MB/sec, or 80 MB/sec,
then press E
NTER.
6 When you are prompted to confirm the change, choose Yes, then press ENTER.
7 Press any key to return to the Main Menu.
