Ethernet Interface
Initializing

The Ethernet Interface is initialized by
- Powering-up the PLC
- Storing a new configuration to the PLC with changes for the Ethernet Interface
- Pressing the Restart pushbutton
- Issuing a Station Manager

= Slow Blink; multiple slow blinking LEDs blink in unison
= Fast Blink
= Traffic (blinks when there is traffic on the line)
The process symbols are defined as follows:
= Temporary condition; requires no intervention
= Decision point during power-up
= Interface State; normally the Interface remains
in a State unless there is user intervention
