Changing printer control panel configuration
settings
By using the printer control panel, you can make changes to general
printer configuration default settings such as PowerSave Time, printer
personality (language), and jam recovery.
CAUTION Hewlett-Packard recommends that configuration settings be changed
only by a system administrator. Configuration settings very seldom
need to be changed.
To change printer control panel configuration
settings
1 Press MENU until CONFIGURATION MENU displays.
2 Press I
TEM until the item that you want to change displays.
3 Press V
ALUE until the appropriate setting displays.
4 Press S
ELECT to save the setting.
5 Press G
O to return the printer to the READY state.
