Example
The following example configuration is for three nodes: the local host,
one parent, and one sibling:
▼ Deleting ICP rules
1 Select the config menu, and press Enter.
2 Select routing, and press Enter.
3 Select icp, and press Enter.
4 Select rules, and press Enter.
5 Select delete rules, and press Enter. Doing so displays a list of current
rules. If no rules exist, a message displays at the bottom of the screen
indicating such.
6 Use the arrow keys to position the cursor over the rule you want to delete,
and press Enter.
7 Press CTRL-X to save your changes and return to the previous screen.
MC_IP The multicast IP address.
If MC_on is disabled, appliance ignores this
field.
MC_TTL The multicast time to live. Use the following
options:
❚ 1 if IP multicast datagrams will not be
forwarded beyond a single subnetwork
❚ 2 to allow delivery of IP multicast datagrams
to more than one subnet (if there are one or
more multicast routers attached to the first
hop subnet)
If MC_on is disabled, appliance ignores this
field.
