4-2. Pre-disassembly preparation
Before disassembling the machine, the following units need to be removed.
• Waste toner bottle
• OPC drum cartridge
• Toner cartridges (4 colors)
• Image transfer belt unit

1. Open the front door.
2. Remove the waste toner bottle.

3. Remove the OPC drum cartridge.

4. Remove the image transfer belt unit. (2 screws)
Note
When replacing the image transfer belt unit, be
sure to remove the packing material.
Do not touch the image transfer belt with your
bare hands.
