Remove the new cartridge from the box and the plastic bag. Leave the rest of the packing
materials in place for now.
Note: To recycle the cartridge, save all the packing materials. Follow the recycling instructions
in the box.
5 Shake the cartridge in all directions to distribute the toner.
6 Remove the cardboard shim and print cartridge detensioner.
