Bit Mnemonic Description
0r/w DTR Data Terminal Ready Bit
The DTR serial port output is the inverse of this bit. This bit is
set when the Controller is ready to communicate.
On the GPIB-COM, this bit is used along with the RTS bit to
control the CTS bit of the Modem Status Register.
