Plug the
NCR 5992 PC Serial Port Connector
(DB9) into a serial port
on the back of your PC.

Plug the
DC Power Supply
into a standard wall outlet.
Warning: Use only the DC Power Supply shipped with your unit.
Using any other power supply may damage the NCR 5992 and will
void the warranty.
5.
Plug the Power Supply Connector into the Power Supply Jack on
the cable.
6.
Once the NCR 5992 has power and the PC is signed on, it is ready
for use as determined by your application software.
