Paper Jams
Printer does not print after jam is cleared
Possible cause Remedy
The top cover was
closed before all paper
jams were cleared.
Removing a paper jam is not enough.
The top cover cannot be closed until all of the paper
jams are cleared.
Gently open and close the top cover.
