From memory!
The unit is able to scan and store documents into memory, and then transmit the stored document.
The memory capacity is approx. 120 pages based on the CCITT No. 1 Test Chart in standard resolution.
For the CCITT No. 1 Test Chart, see page 129.
Transmitting documents from memory
(QUICK\SCAN)

Insert the document FACE DOWN.

Enter the fax number using the dial keypad.

Press (QUICK\SCAN).
The document will be fed into the unit and
scanned into memory.
The amount of memory used will be shown as a
percentage on the display.
Display:
After storing all pages, the unit will transmit the
document.

SAVING DATA
Note:
While scanning, do not move the pages which have already ejected. A paper jam may occur. Allow the
scanning process to finish before viewing documents.
The stored document will be automatically erased after transmission.
To cancel the memory transmission, press (STOP) while or after scanning the document.
If you select the fine, super fine or half tone resolution, the number of document that can be sent will
decrease.
If the stored pages exceed the memory capacity, the transmission will be canceled.
