¡The fax function cannot be operated on the PC. The RS232C cable is not
connected correctly, or the software is not running on the PC.
¡The unit is checking if the film is set correctly. Wait for a while.
¡The other fax machine does not have a polling feature. Check with the other
party.
¡The receiving unit is busy or ran out of recording paper. Try again.
¡The document is jammed. Remove the jammed document (p. 98).

¡The starter film is empty. Replace the film or film cartridge with a new one
(p. 99, 100).
¡A transmission error occurred. Try again.
¡The unit is too hot. Let it cool down.
