a refill has not been per-
formed in 90 days. After
120 days, postage cannot
be printed until a refill/or
balance check.

No dial tone Analog phone line not con-
nected to machine.
Connect analog phone
line to machine.
Not Enough
Funds
Insufficient postage. Post-
age amount exceeds
maximum funds available
in system.
Select a lower postage
amount. Perform a funds
refill to add funds to the
system.
Refill failed: xxxx.
Contact Pitney
Bowes.
A failure occurred during
a refill.

Refill Too High Refill amount entered is
more than the maximum
the machine will allow.
