EVPD Page 0x80 2
If the EVPD bit is set and the Page Code is 0x80 the unit serial number page
is returned. The format of this page is shown in
table 5.

Device Identification Page 0x83 2
If the EVPD bit is set and the Page Code is 0x83 the device identification
