Printing Booklets
Booklet printing feature allows you to print a document as a 2-sided
(duplex) job and arrange the pages so that the printed paper can be
folded in half to produce a booklet.
1. To change the print settings from your software application, access
the printer properties. See page 5.9 to access the printer properties.
From the Paper tab, select the paper orientation, source and size.
Note: For booklet printing, you can only use letter and A4 paper
sizes.
2. Click the Job Finishing tab, then choose Booklet from the drop-
down list.
3. Select the number of sheets from the Sheets Per Bundle drop-down
list to allow for binding consideration.
