7. Hold the print cartridge up to the light to inspect for fibers on the
face. If fibers are still present, repeat steps 6 and 7.
8. Repeat steps 4 through 8 with the color print cartridge using a clean,
moistened cotton swab.
9. Reinstall the print cartridges and close the printer’s top cover. Close
the front panel.
10. Reinsert the power cord.
6. Gently wipe the print nozzles to remove dried ink from the nozzles.
DO NOT wipe the nozzle plate.
Note: When cleaning the color cartridge, wipe the nozzles in one
direction so the colors do not mix.
