Confirming Transmission
When the last page of your document has been sent successfully, the

appears in the display. For a listing of error messages and their meanings,

Automatic Redial
When you send a fax, if the number you have dialled is busy or there is no
answer, the machine hangs up, waits for the specified retry term and redials
the number. If, after the specified number of retry attempts (retry count),
the machine fails to connect, the machine returns to Standby Mode.
While the machine is redialling, the display shows ÔRETRY REDIAL?Õ. If
you want to redial the number immediately, press Start. To stop redialling,
press Stop.
You can select the number of retries and the retry time between each redial
attempt. See ÔUser OptionsÕ on page 2.36.
