Clearing Memory
You can selectively clear information stored in your machineÕs memory.
1. Press Menu, then Memory Clear on the One-Touch keypad.
The display shows the options you can choose to clear:
1. SYSTEM ID: your System ID number and name are cleared from the
machineÕs memory.
2. SYSTEM DATA: restores user-selectable options to the default value.
3. DIAL/SCHEDULE: clears the One-Touch, Speed Dial, or Group dial
numbers stored in memory. In addition, all the
Schedule Job operations you have reserved are
canceled.
4. TX-RX JOURNAL: clears all records of transmissions & receptions.

repeatedly, until you find the
one you want to clear.
4. Press Enter. The display asks you to confirm your selection.
5. Press 1 to confirm. Or use à or ¨ to choose ÔYESÕ, then press Enter. The
selected memory is cleared.
