Actions - When a call is active the Administrator or Operator can Disconnect the call, or Transfer the call from one IP endpoint to another.
Transfer a Gateway Call
Transfer a Call
Identify which call to transfer from the 1. Gate-
way Overview page.
Press the 2. Transfer Call actions button.
A 3. H.323 Call Transfer window will be shown.
Select a 4. H.323 entry from the Phone Book or
enter an IP address or E.164 alias into the
Manual Dial field.
Press • Transfer Call button to initiate the
transfer
Press the Cancel button to discard the •
transfer.
If the transfer fails the call will be discon-
nected.
