ISDN PRI Board Status
If a PRI cable is disconnected or malfunctioning, or
basic configuration is erroneous,
Red Alarm is displayed in red for the affected •
interfaces.
Sync alert is displayed in red for the affected •
interfaces.
If a participant has been disconnected, the cause
code can be viewed by pressing the link next to the
disconnected PRI channel.
The most common cause codes (for ISDN):
1 Unallocated (unassigned) number
2 No route to specified transit network (WAN)
16 Normal call clearing
17 User busy
18 No user responding
21 Call rejected
28 Invalid number format (incomplete number)
29 Facilities rejected
31 Normal, unspecified
34 No Circuit/Channel Available
41 Temporary Failure
58 Bearer Capability Not Presently Available
65 Bearer Capability Not Implemented
69 Requested Facility Not Implemented
81 Invalid Call Reference Value
88 Incompatible Destination
100 Invalid Information Element Contents
102 Recovery On Timer Expiry
127 Interworking, Unspecified
