10. BYPASS COPYING (THICK PAPER/OHP FILM) (Cont.)
Thick Paper
● Use the recommended thick paper and sticker
labels if possible. Thick paper sold at stores
is also available for this copier, but paper of
some brands may not be suitable to acquire
a clear image. In this case, ask your service
technician.
● It takes about 30 seconds to a few minutes
to switch between "PLAIN" X "A3-wide
(305X457mm)" X "OHP FILM" and "THICK1"X
"THICK2" X "THICK3" for adjustment.

Check the type of the thick paper and press
the THICK1 , THICK2 or THICK3 key.

and sticker labels, see the table on page
41.

Press the START key.
Tips:
● If the BYPASS MISFEED symbol flashes, pull
out the paper and set it on sheet bypass again.
● When copying is finished, the lamp of the
FUNCTION CLEAR key lights. Press the
FUNCTION CLEAR key, or the bypass copying
mode will automatically return to the default
mode in 45 seconds.
