Folder names consist of ASCII characters except for the following:
/ \ : * ? " <> | & = # ' % ; . [ ] { } and space. The maximum size of
a folder name is 64 characters.
Folder Type - Select Public, Private, or Department from the pull-
down list
Folder Path - The path name is shown in this text box and
cannot be changed
Login Name - Enter your TopAccessComposer login name
Password - Enter your TopAccessComposer password
Confirm Password - Enter your TopAccessComposer password
again
Document Name - Type the document name that you want. The
document name is automatically determined for you at the time
of reception by what you enter in this field

FTP Server
FTP Server - Enter the name or IP address of the FTP server
where you want to send the fax
FTP Server Port - Enter the FTP server port number
User Name - Enter the user name for the account that has access
to the FTP server
Password - Enter the password for the account that has access to
the FTP server
