Advanced Wi-Fi Settings
WARNING:
The Wi-Fi router is already configured with the optimum settings.
Do not alter these settings unless directed by Verizon support.
Incorrect settings disable the Wi-Fi router.
To change the advanced Wi-Fi settings:
1. Log in to the router as described in Log In to
Your Router on page 17.
2. From the main menu, select Advanced >
Wi-Fi Settings.
The following settings are available:

- Enable Wi-Fi Router Radio. Sele
cted by default, this setting enables the wireless
radio, which allows the router to work as a wireless access point. Turning off the
wireless radio can be helpful for configuration, network tuning, or troubleshooting.

st. By default, the router is set to broadcast its wireless
network name (SSID). See Wireless Station Access Control on pag
