• APLPAGES—Contains RGB_REF, a folder of sample application pages for
Microsoft Word or PowerPoint.
• CALIB—Contains a sample measurements file that you can use with Fiery XJ Print
Calibrator. It is for demonstration purposes and should not be used to calibrate your
Fiery SI.
• COLORCHT—A PostScript version (COLORCHT.PS) of the RGB, CMY, and
PANTONE color charts that you can print from the Fiery SI Control Panel.
• SAMPLES—For each device, contains a folder of sample images that you can
download and print using the Fiery XJ Downloader or any other application that
supports printing PostScript files.
Copying the PPD for Adobe PageMaker
If you use Adobe PageMaker, you should copy the PostScript Printer Description file
(PPD) to special locations in your PageMaker directory.
TO COPY THE PRINTER DESCRIPTION FILES FROM THE CD:
1. Insert the User Software CD in your PC.
2. Double-click the ENGLISH\PRNTDRV directories.
3. Double-click the directory that matches your Windows system. Copy the printer
description file for your Fiery SI to the appropriate location.
