CCA Table
The CCA table contains the following information:
• START_TIME is a date field that specifies the starting time of each
attempted transfer or outdialed call.
• PHONE_NUM is a variable-length character field that specifies the
telephone number of an attempted transfer or outdialed call. This field can
be up to 16 characters in length.
• RESULT_CODE is a variable-length character field that indicates the
disposition of the call. This field can be 1 or more characters in length.
CCASUM Table
The CCASUM table contains the following information:
• PHONE_NUM is a variable-length character field that specifies the
telephone number of an attempted transfer or outdialed call. This field can
be up to 16 characters in length.
• START_TIME is a date field that specifies the starting time of the call
summary period.
• END_TIME is a date field that specifies the ending time of the call
summary period.
