Modifying the
Traffic Report
To change the Traffic Report, use the Modify function on the Actions Menu
(Figure 143 on page 314
). You can specify the date and time when you want
the system to monitor call traffic, and whether you want a summary of the
data.
To modify the Traffic Report:
1 Start at the Traffic Report menu (Figure 155 on page 353) and press F8
(Actions).

Time
Average duration of a call for the specified time in
minutes and seconds
%Occ Percentage of occupancy (that is, the proportion of
