External Pointing Device
You can connect a serial or PS/2-compatible
mouse or similar pointing device to the computer.
To connect a serial pointing device, plug the device
into the serial port ( ) on the computer’s rear
panel.
Note: To enable the serial mouse, use the Add
New Hardware tool in the Windows 95 Control
Panel.
To connect a PS/2-compatible pointing device,
plug the device into the PS/2 port (
) on the
computer’s rear panel.
Note: Installing an external PS/2 pointing device
disables the built-in touchpad.
