Changing the Page Setup Dialog Box Settings
The size of the paper used for printing is usually set when a document is created with an
application. In your application, open the Page Setup dialog box and select the paper size
you are using with your printer.
■ Selecting the Paper Size and the Orientation
You can open the Page Setup dialog box from your application program.
1 Select the command used for Page Setup in your application program.
Normally, click Page Setup from the File menu, and the Page Setup dialog
box is displayed.
2 Click on Paper Size, and then select the appropriate paper size from the
pop-up menu.
