Printout Is Unsatisfactory
■ Printout Does Not Match the Document Displayed on the Screen
The document is displayed correctly on the screen but the printout does not match the
screen.
CHECK 1 DID YOU CANCEL A PRINT JOB BEFORE IT WAS COMPLETED?
There may be data remaining in the printer or the computer from the
previous print job. Unplug the printer and power down the computer, then
plug the printer back in, restart the computer, and try printing again.
To check for print data remaining from a previous job,
select Settings from the Start menu, then click Printers.
Double-click the BJC-2100 icon. If you see one or more
print jobs queued for printing, select Purge Print
Documents from the Printer menu. For details, see your
